306 Elite Performance and Development was founded in 2014 by Aaron Hunt, Reggie Hunt, Dale Rhodes, and Vinny Rhodes. The four grew up in Denison, Texas, where youth sports played a vital role in shaping them into the men they are today. As young boys they were coached, mentored, and encouraged by men who chose to make a difference. Their vision was to bring that same experience to today's youth by giving back to their community and thus, 306 EPD was born.
